What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room under established protocols
- Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly during procedures
- Educate patients and families about perioperative care and post-operative instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Follow safety standards and maintain sterile techniques during procedures
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license in the State of Arkansas
- Minimum of 1+ year(s)) operating room or related nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Previous surgical or perioperative experience
- BLS/ACLS certification
