What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care in the Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, or Transplant ICU
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage ICU equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately using Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, or Omnicell systems
- Communicate patient status effectively via SBAR and other protocols
- Respond to emergency situations swiftly and appropriately
- Participate in shift handoffs, ensuring seamless continuity of care
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, preferably in surgical, trauma, burn, or transplant units
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced ICU environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
