What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality ICU care to critically ill patients
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team using SBAR communication techniques
- Administer medications via Epic and Pyxis/Accudose/Omnicell systems
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Comply with safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in call and floating duties as required
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- 2+ years recent ICU experience (preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work nights and every other weekend
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to float as needed and work call shifts
