Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized care for pain management patients in a clinical setting
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on procedures, pain management strategies, and post-care instructions
- Assist with high acuity cases, ensuring safety and comfort standards are maintained
- Demonstrate independence with routine and complex patient care activities
What You Need:
- Current RN license in the state of employment or a valid compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA are required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pain Management, OR, PACU, or equivalent preferred
- Strong assessment and monitoring skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
