What You’ll Do
- Provide patient care in a mixed acuity Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit, including PCU and MS patients
- Manage IV starts, tele monitoring, and tracheostomy procedures
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed
- Follow EPIC documentation protocols and adhere to safety standards
- Adapt to rotating day and night schedules based on departmental needs
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Ohio or appropriate state license
- At least 2 years of RN experience, ideally with tele or medical-surgical backgrounds
- Proficiency in IV starts, tele monitoring, and tracheostomy care
- EPIC EMR experience is required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to float within different units as needed
