Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $22.23 – $27.37 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Manage patient flow throughout the clinic, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist providers with clinical and clerical tasks
- Perform standard rooming procedures, including vital signs and patient history
- Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory tests
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Support front desk activities like check-in and scheduling
- Assist with supply ordering and inventory management
- Support other clinic functions such as telephone triage and prescription refills, as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
- Minnesota state license (if applicable)
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Ability to perform clinical procedures independently
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent patient service skills
