What You’ll Do
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient EP procedures focused on atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias
- Manage clinic patient care with a mix of approximately 60-70% clinic and 30-40% procedural work
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient management
- Ensure patient safety and satisfaction during all procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic EHR system
- Work scheduled Monday through Friday, with no call, no holidays, and overtime is rare
- Participate in orientation with a focus on patient care standards
What You Need
Required:
- Active Medical License in Minnesota
- EP certification with at least 2 years of post-fellowship experience
- Recent Epic experience (within past 12 months)
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months starting September 2026
Preferred:
- Strong procedural skills in atrial fibrillation management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
