• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Call Requirement: 1:2 rotation, primarily by phone
• Patient Volume: 12-18 per day per provider
• Duties: High-risk OB consultative practice
• No deliveries or procedures required
• Must be board-certified
