"CRNA Locum Opportunity – Pennsylvania Position OverviewSeeking a full-time CRNA for ongoing hospital-based coverage beginning September 2026. This is a medically directed practice with a broad and diverse case mix, including trauma, cardiac, neuro, thoracic, vascular, pediatrics, obstetrics, orthopedics, robotics, and non-operating room anesthesia locations. Compensation: $235/hr Schedule Start Date: September 2026 Full-time coverage required Monday–Friday 4–5 shifts per week Shift times vary: 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM No call required No overtime scheduled Practice Setting Hospital-based anesthesia Medically Directed Model (1:3, maximum 1:4 supervision ratio) Patient Population All ages Clinical Environment Large tertiary care hospital Level I Trauma Center Approximately 593 beds Epic EMR Case Mix CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for: Trauma Neuro and Spine Cardiac Thoracic Vascular Acute Pain Service cases Obstetrics/Gynecology General Surgery Gastroenterology Pediatrics Plastics Orthopedics Robotic Surgery Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) locations Required Skills General Endotracheal Anesthesia (GETA) Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) Regional Anesthesia Spinal Anesthesia Ultrasound-Guided Techniques Epidural Placement and Management Notes CRNAs perform epidurals independently CRNAs do not perform peripheral nerve blocks Requirements Required Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Active Pennsylvania License ACLS Certification PALS Certification Preferred Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience Credentialing Standard credentialing approximately 90 days Temporary privileges may be available for candidates with clean files Expedited credentialing may be considered with leadership approval Additional Information Full-time coverage only Collaborative anesthesia care team environment Exposure to a wide variety of complex and high-acuity cases Opportunity to work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians in a multidisciplinary setting"
