Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Location: Pennsylvania Schedule: Full time only. Four to five 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Typical shift times include 6:15 AM to 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Position Overview Provide CRNA coverage in a medically directed model in a hospital setting with a broad case mix. Clinical Scope Medically directed model. Typically 1 to 3 and up to 1 to 4 Case mix includes trauma, neuro and spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB and GYN, general, GI, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, robotics, and NORA locations CRNAs do epidurals without a physician present. Blocks are not performed by CRNAs Work Environment Hospital size: approximately 593 beds EMR: Epic Required Qualifications NBCRNA certification Active Pennsylvania CRNA license ACLS PALS Credentialing Estimated credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days Benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
