REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Cardiac electrophysiology procedures for heart rhythm disturbances
  
• Ablations (must demonstrate 100 EP cases in last 2 years with emphasis on ablations)
  
• Moderate sedation (must be comfortable performing independently)
  
• Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using)
  
• Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active AZ license (or willing to obtain)
  
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
  
• DEA: AZ DEA registration
  
• Certifications: ACLS
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide electrophysiology services in both hospital and in-office clinic settings
  
• Perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures including ablations for heart rhythm disturbances
  
• Conduct hospital consults (3-4 per day) and EP cases (4-6 per day)
  
• Administer moderate sedation independently
  
• Perform transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and utilize Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system
