ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, OH

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, vent management, IV start, telemetry
- Pay: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do
- Float across various ICU units based on staffing and patient acuity
- Provide high-quality critical care to diverse patient populations, including neuro, surgical, medical, cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
- Manage ventilators, telemetry, and IV starts
- Follow unit protocols and maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies and documentation requirements in EPIC
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
- Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
