NICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift | Covington, LA

Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $56.95/hr (additional differential pay may apply)

What You’ll Do
- Attend deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and assist with newborn transition
- Admit, discharge, and coordinate care for neonates in NICU and newborn nursery
- Manage IV placements, blood draws, ventilators, and central lines
- Administer medications via IV, IM, SQ, ETT, OGT, NGT, and topically
- Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertion, PICC, UAC, and UVC placements
- Support ultrasound, echocardiograms, EEGs, intubation, and oxygen therapy
- Educate and update parents on their baby's care and support breastfeeding
What You Need
Required:
- Current Louisiana RN license
- BLS & NRP certifications
- 3+ years NICU experience at level III or higher
- Proven skills in IV placement, ventilator management, blood administration, and neonatal procedures
Preferred:
- Epic EMR experience
- Previous experience floating to broader neonatal units
