ICU Registered Nurse – Night Shift at Leading Facility in New Orleans, LA

- Employment Type: Contract
- Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license, ACLS & BLS required (CCRNOT required but preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years ICU experience; Epic experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $56.95

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a busy ICU setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Use Epic electronic medical records to document patient information accurately
- Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
- Comply with all safety and hospital policies, including strict scrubs code (navy blue)
- Participate in scheduled weekend shifts, including holidays as required
- Float to other ICU units (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn) when needed
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for state license
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- Ability to work night shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Epic EMR systems experience
- CCRN certification
