Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $218.59
- Overtime: $1.5x normal rate (time and conditions apply)
- Call Pay: Weekend beeper call up to $1,000; weeknight call up to $400
- Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate for major holidays

What You’ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care support within a tertiary hospital setting
- Support staff in a Care Team Model with a 4:1 patient care ratio
- Support patients aged 12+ undergoing specialized procedures
- Support with pre- and post-op assessments, monitoring, and recovery
- Manage anesthesia during surgical procedures (excluding blocks, epidurals, or spinals)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Participate in on-call rotations, with optional overnight and weekend shifts
What You Need
- Minnesota Registered Nurse license and CRNA certification
- At least 1 year of recent CRNA experience
- ACLS & BLS Tier 2 certifications
- Ability to commit to a minimum of two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable team player
