Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Inpatient (Evenings) - Grand Rapids, MI

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $50.92 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Assess patients’ care needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide and coordinate nursing care alongside physicians in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- Educate patients and their families about treatment, discharge, and aftercare planning
- Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Document, report, and verify patient information per policies and procedures
- Monitor patient safety risks and communicate concerns to physicians promptly
- Function as a clinical leader by delegating tasks and promoting staff development
- Review and update patient care protocols and standards of practice
- Support resource use efficiency and participate in process improvement initiatives
- May assist or oversee medication and physical health activities, schedule staffing, and obtain pre-authorizations as needed
What You Need:
- Required: Active RN license in Michigan, minimum of 1-year behavioral health/nursing experience
- Preferred: Experience with inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health populations, strong communication skills, ability to work evening shifts effectively
