Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
- Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
