What You'll Do
- Provide bedside care to cardiac and telemetry patients, including routine and complex nursing interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assess treatment effectiveness
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with hospital and departmental policies, including certifications and competencies
- Adapt to patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment
What You Need
Required:
- RN license (state or compact)
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred in telemetry/cardiac care
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with cardiac/telemetry patient populations
