Locum Family Medicine | Minnesota (compact state) | long-term assignment!Details:
• Location: western Minnesota
• Duration: As soon as credentialed – 6-12 month assignment (option to extend)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Call: optional 1:5 weekends (very low volume, called 1-2x per year and may have hosp. to cover starting in Sep.)
• Scope: Outpatient Primary Care for all ages – Preventive, Acute Care, and Chronic Care
• Volume: 15-20 patients per day, new patient visits are 60 min.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital: affiliated hospital is critical access
• Support: dedicated nurse and triage RN
• Credentialing timeline: 45-60 days
• Require: Board Certified Family Medicine, Active MN License or Compact License, MN DEA
