*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and emotional well-being.

*Duties*

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions

- Offer specialized care in areas such as PTSD, child and family counseling, gender issues counseling, and crisis management

- Utilize various therapeutic techniques including psychotherapy, dance therapy, and clinical counseling

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients

- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment approaches

*Qualifications*

- Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology

- Proven experience in providing therapy services

- Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation and crisis intervention

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to use critically thinking/solution oriented

- Experience in patient assessment and treatment planning
