Onsite: Lab, Ultrasound, Full complement of supplies, RN, CNM’s, 24-hour Peds, Anesthesia, and Surgical PA’s
Documentation System/EMR: Meditech
Trauma Level: Community-based hospital, no trauma designation
Practice Focus: Low Risk Pregnancy: 100%
High Risk Pregnancy: 0%
GYN: 15% (GYN emergency coverage only)

Required Procedures: Obstetrics: Low Risk Pregnancy, FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds, Routine Delivery (Vaginal, Low Forceps), Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery (C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBAC’s), Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
Gynecology: D&C, Surgical Gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor), Tubal Ligation, Chromal Tubation, Operative/Major Procedures (Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA’s)
Submission Requirements: Board Certified or BE within 5 years of residency (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
Massachusetts License (In hand or in process with proof required by July at the latest)
DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
