PCU Registered Nurse – Night Shift | Leading Facility in Columbus, Ohio

  • Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

  • Duration: Ongoing assignment

  • Hours/Week: 36 hours

  • Employment Type: Per diem/agency

  • Licenses/Certs: Active RN license, BLS required; ACLS preferred; NIH certification is a plus

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU telemetry nursing

What You’ll Do



  • Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU/telemetry setting during overnight shifts

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to ensure patient safety

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

  • Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility protocols

  • Follow infection control and safety procedures diligently

  • Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to emergent needs




What You Need



  • Active RN license in the state of practice

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU telemetry experience

  • Current BLS certification; ACLS and NIH preferred

  • Strong telemetry skills and the ability to adapt quickly

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The unit focuses on managing patients requiring telemetry monitoring and acute but non-critical care.
