Medix has partnered with an active community health clinic in Boardman, OR to secure a Bilingual Licensed Social Worker/QMHP for a 26-week travel contract. As a clinician in this high-volume office, you will handle lifespan therapy and build critical connections within the local community.

Skills

Responsibilities
* Provide lifespan therapy in an office setting to a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents through geriatrics for long-term therapy.
* Support clients who may or may not have initially entered care through crisis channels.
* Build and maintain extensive community partnerships, connecting regularly with schools, DHS, courts, and law enforcement.
* Manage a robust caseload efficiently within a collaborative environment alongside 3-5 onsite clinicians.
* Complete detailed clinical documentation utilizing the Credible EMR system.
* Attend all standard morning clinical meetings and required facility huddles.

REQUIREMENTS
* Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
* Valid Oregon Professional License / QMHP status.

PREFERRED SKILLS
* Previous relevant experience in community mental health or lifespan therapy.
