Medix has partnered with a dedicated community healthcare client in Enterprise, OR to find a compassionate Licensed Social Worker for a travel contract assignment. This role serves as a vital clinician covering a wide radius for crisis response in the county, working closely with a partner to support the community.

Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to crisis calls throughout the county, working in teams of two for safety and collaboration (averages 1 to 3 crisis calls per week, with potential travel up to 1.5 hours each way).
* Utilize a provided company vehicle for designated crisis calls.
* Use downtime productively to complete follow-ups with potential crisis clients, support outpatient services, and provide standard therapy.
* Follow up with clients to ensure continuity of care and stable mental health outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS
* Valid Oregon Social Work License.
* Valid Driver’s License (required for utilizing the company crisis vehicle).

PREFERRED SKILLS
* Previous experience in crisis intervention, triage, or mobile crisis response.
