Description The Oncology locum tenens opportunity in Montana… -Location: northern, MT (international airport in town) -Duration: September 2026 – May 2027 (potential for extension) -Schedule: .8 FTE -Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:30a-4:30p -Call: 1:6 -Patient volume: 12-16 per day -Scope: Medical Oncology – Mix of inpatient and outpatient • Management of a broad range of malignancies, including: • Breast • Lung • Prostate • Colorectal • Hematologic • Gynecologic • Head & Neck • Skin (including melanoma) • Urologic • Neurologic cancers • Develop and oversee treatment plans utilizing chemotherapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and hormone therapy. -EMR: Epic -Support: 3 Medical Oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 4 Advanced Practice Providers , Experienced Oncology Certified Nurses (OCNs), Dedicated infusion nurses , Nurse navigators -Affiliated Hospital: 500 beds, level II trauma -Requirements: Board certified in Oncology with a Montana license, compact license, or willing to apply for one *Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities*
