Locums opportunity within 20-30 min of Fort Lauderdale, FL for a Thoracic Surgeon to cover the month of August for now - likely to be extended long term.
- Board Certified or Eligible Thoracic Surgeon
- Coverage from Aug 1-30 for now - likely to be extended
- 7-10 days of coverage in the month
- 24 call only including nights and weekends
- All Thoracic procedures but robotics and esophagectomy procedures are optional - lobectomy, wedge resection, mediastinal procedures, VATS, bronchoscopy, etc
- OR volume depends on type of emergency
- EMR used is Epic
- Generous rate and malpractice covered
- Preference is local candidate but will entertain travelers
