Location: Central Montana
Duration: ASAP – 6 months to 1 year
Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday (4- or 5-day work week). Seeking 2-4 weeks per month
Call: Optional weekend inpatient call
Scope: Non-Invasive Cardiology - Main need is outpatient clinic and cardiac image reading. Full spectrum of non-invasive imaging and diagnostics, including:
-Echocardiography (TTE, Stress Echo, TEE)
-Nuclear Cardiology
-Cardiac CT
-Cardiac MRI
-ABI Studies
-Tilt Table Testing
-Holter, Zio, and Preventice Monitoring
Physicians read and interpret their own studies, eliminating outside-read delays.
Cardiac CT and MRI are available for physicians with advanced imaging expertise (most providers focus on one modality).
TEE experience is strongly preferred, although proctoring or additional training is available if needed.
Dedicated procedure days keep testing separate from clinic responsibilities.
Close collaboration with Structural Heart, Cath Lab, and Electrophysiology.
Patient Volume: 60 min new, 30 min follow-up
EMR: Epic
Group/Support:
-4 Advanced Practice Providers supporting the cardiology program and -1-2 gen cardio colleagues daily + 2 interventionalists, 2 surgeons, and 2 EP
-Dedicated cardiac testing technologists and clinical staff
Requirements:
-Montana or IMLC Compact license (Will consider unlicensed if candidate offers full-time availability and has a clean NPDB)
-Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
-Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month but would take more
-Strong emphasis on quality and continuity of care
