We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Nursing Director for a permanent leadership opportunity in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with recent hematology/oncology management experience looking to join a highly respected healthcare organization.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
• Recent leadership experience in hematology/oncology required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $190K–$250K salary range
