A well-established, hospital-based neurology team in Rapid City, SD is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join its growing inpatient neurohospitalist service.


Position Highlights:


  • Full-time Neurohospitalist role with 182 shifts per year in a high-acuity inpatient setting

  • 10 hours on-site with 14 hours of call coverage per shift in a structured inpatient neurology schedule

  • Join a collegial inpatient neurology team with 2 neurohospitalists on service at all times

  • Alternating night and stroke call coverage in a balanced, supportive rotation

  • Consulting-only service with admissions managed by hospitalist and intensivist teams

  • Strong 24/7 neurointerventional and neurosurgical support

  • Rapid EEG interpretation (typically within 24 hours) by dedicated epileptology specialists

  • Practice within a 417-bed Level II Trauma Center and regional tertiary referral hospital

  • Focus on inpatient neurology in a highly coordinated, team-based environment



Compensation/Benefits:


  • Base salary starting at $371K

  • Productivity bonus incentives available from day one

  • Signing and retention bonuses up to $174K total
