Seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join a growing endocrine program in Southern Maine, providing comprehensive outpatient care for patients with endocrine, metabolic, and diabetes-related conditions in a collaborative, physician-focused environment.

Position Highlights/Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, and metabolic conditions


• Provide comprehensive outpatient clinic-based care


• Develop long-term, patient-centered treatment plans for chronic disease management


• Collaborate closely with primary care and specialty providers across the system


• Educate patients on lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and disease prevention


• Participate in coordinated care within a large regional referral network


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
