Open need for Urology - Clinic and shared call
Dates of Coverage:
Urology:
8/16 8a-5p reg
8/17 8a-5p reg + 5p-8a on-call
8/18 8a-5p reg
8/19 8a-5p reg + 5p-8a on-call
8/20 and 21 8a-8a on-callBLS, ACLS and/or PALS is required, certification must be through the American Heart Association
• Must have a Pennsylvania DEA
• Must have a Pennsylvania state license
• Must have malpractice insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000 in indemnity limits per occurrence and $3,000,000 in indemnity in the aggregate and DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center must be listed as the certificate holder
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
Current # of Physicians & Support Staff
2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, one practice
manager, one RN, four clinicians, two surgical schedulers, five front office staff.
Volume Approximately 15% IP and 85% OP
Patients per shift: 20-30
