Family Medicine – Western Minnesota

An established healthcare facility located in a scenic, lakeside community in western Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join an experienced primary care team. The current team consists of one family physician and three advanced practitioners. This role operates as a leader within a collaborative care team to achieve patient care objectives and ensure continuity of care. The broader campus offers a full continuum of care, including assisted living, a skilled nursing facility, home health, a rural health clinic, and a critical access hospital all on one site.

Position Details:

  Work Schedule: 32 to 36 patient contact hours per week.

  
  


• 
  

  Patient Volume: Averages 12 patients per day in the clinic.

  
  


• 
  

  Obstetrics: No OB required.

  
  


• 
  

  Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation for weekdays and weekends (one weekend per month and one weekday per week), covering inpatient, emergency department, and nursing home care.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine.

  
  

Location:

• 
  

  Situated approximately 100 miles south of the Fargo/Moorhead area and 180 miles west of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

  A close-knit, recreational community featuring campgrounds, a golf course, and softball fields alongside a local lake.
