Frontera Search Partners is partnering with Momentous Institute in search of a passionate and experienced therapist to join a nationally recognized team at a 1,400-acre nature-based campus in the heart of East Texas. This is a rare opportunity to live and work in the Piney Woods, leading life-changing therapeutic programming grounded in nature and backed by evidence-based practices.

Join us as we help to grow their outdoor mental health services and shape the next generation of trauma-informed, emotionally thriving families.

Position Highlights:
Salary: $65,000–$85,000, based on experience
Reports to: Director of Nature-Based Services
Full-time, salaried, leadership-track role
No insurance billing required
