An established primary care team in Northern Minnesota is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join an expanding outpatient practice. Practice Overview

  Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours per week.

  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  Care Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic-based with occasional regional outreach to neighboring community clinics.

  Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC

  Patient Volume: Averaging 16–22 patients per day.

  Call Coverage: Approximately 1:10 telephone-only call, including weekend/overnight call rotation roughly one evening per month.
