Assignment Details

• Specialty: Family Medicine


• Location: Georgia


• Start Date: As soon as credentialed


• Contract: Ongoing


• Credentialing: Approximately 21 days

Schedule

• Monday–Friday


• 8:30 AM–5:00 PM


• No call


• No weekends

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care


• EMR: Epic

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages


• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions


• Perform preventive care and wellness visits


• Coordinate ongoing patient care and follow-up


• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine


• Comfortable caring for patients across the full age spectrum


• Active state medical license


• Completion of required Epic training prior to the start of the assignment
