Anesthesia Model: 2 MD's / 2-3 CRNA's daily

Shifts: 10 and 12 hours  

2-week rotation:

M-Th 7a-5p

F 7a-7p, Beeper call 7p-7a

Sa/Sun 7a-7a beeper

M-Th 7a-7p, beeper 7p-7a

F 7a-5p

2 weeks off 

Repeat

Supervision: 2 Physicians and 2-3 CRNA's daily. (General cases)
