The Physical Therapist screens, evaluates, re-evaluates and provide therapy services to the medical center's inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician; demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult; coordinates and communicate activities with health care team and the patient; and provides appropriate patient related documentation, including quality assessment.

Location: Near E Swanzey, NH
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; NH PT license; prior experience
Pay: $35-$53/hr
