   JOB REQUIREMENTS
  

  

    
• Licenses: Active Washington license required

    
• Board: Board certification required (Family Medicine)

    
• DEA: Active Washington DEA required

    
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (may be required)

    
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience; clean background required

    
• Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian speakers a plus; must be COVID and flu vaccinated; name clear required (CV required)

  

   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics).

    
• Manage chronic diseases and acute care needs in a fast-paced community health center.

    
• Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.

    
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite pediatricians.

    
• Maintain a patient load of up to 18 scheduled patients per day while ensuring high-quality care.
