Production, quality, sign-on, relocation, and loan repayment incentives. Flexible 36-hour work week with dedicated surgery block time. New da Vinci 5 robotic surgery platform. Call at one hospital only. $20,000/year medical education loan repayment. 6 weeks PTO plus CME time and $6,000 CME allowance.
