JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Washington License
  
• Board: Board Certified (Required)
  
• DEA: Active Washington DEA
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (may be required)
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
  
• Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian language skills preferred; COVID and flu vaccination required; Clean background required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics)
  
• Manage chronic diseases and provide acute/walk-in care services
  
• Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
  
• See up to 18 patients per day in a fast-paced community health center setting
  
• Work collaboratively with support staff including MAs, mental health therapists, and dietitians
