  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

  • Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only

Requirements



  • Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin

  • Current in-person CPR certification

  • Experience providing primary care for adult patients

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently
