Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule of 15 shifts per month


• Primarily 8.5-hour shifts


• Flexible online scheduling with physician oversight


• Approximately 60,000 Emergency Department visits annually


• 84 hours of physician coverage daily


• 36 hours of physician assistant coverage daily


• Two physicians scheduled from 1:00 AM–7:00 AM


• Experienced, collegial Emergency Medicine team with an average physician tenure of more than 10 years

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school


• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine


• Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure


• Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications (ATLS required until Emergency Medicine Board Certification is obtained)


• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills


• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care

Compensation & Benefits:

• $230/hour base compensation


• Annual performance bonus of up to $40K


• Additional $325 per night shift
