Practice Overview:

• 4 Hem/Onc and 4 Nurse Practitioners 
• 4 Clinic Days Mon-Thurs (.5 day on Friday for admin)
• Tumor Board
• Clinical Trials program  
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
• The hospital is a 640+ bed regional referral center 

Compensation/Benefits Overview:

• $675,000 Base Salary + bonuses 
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus 
• Relocation Allowance up to $15,000
