A forward-thinking and financially healthy healthcare system boasts an excellent orthopedic spine surgery opportunity in Central Illinois.

 

Opportunity

  • Currently two Orthopedic groups with each has 4 general orthopedic surgeons.
  • One spine surgeon in practice (also have a contracted neurosurgeon who does spine surgery one day a week)
  • Participation in general ortho call is required for this position.
  • Medical Center continually invests in the latest equipment and can offer both Rosa and Mako robotics as well as spine navigation, O arm, and AIRO CT.

Compensation/Benefits

  • $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus
  • $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
  • Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning a base salary)
  • 33 days of time off
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
  • 1:6 call
