    • 9/1 - 12/31  
    • Potential for extension (up to one year)
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • 24 hour call   
    • Seeking 7-10 call shifts per month
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • Up to 7 days of call per month (will 24 hr call for OR)
      
  • Census:
        
    • Avg 10-13 pts per clinical day 
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • Full support staff 
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • Full spectrum cardiothoracic surgery  
    • E&M Clinic codes
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • Epic
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • 30-60
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Prefer CO state licensed candidates but will look at IMLC  
    • BLS
