Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Eastern Oregon Position Overview

An established, hospital-employed cardiology practice is seeking a dedicated and innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative cardiovascular team. Working alongside an experienced cardiologist and advanced practice provider, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with cardiovascular conditions while helping expand access to specialty services in a growing community.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a manageable patient volume, no call responsibilities, and a strong referral base.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position

      
  • Four 10-hour workdays per week

      
  • No call responsibilities

      
  • Average of 12–16 patients per day

      
  • AI Scribe available to improve workflow efficiency

      
  • Join an established practice with 1 full-time Cardiologist and 1 full-time Nurse Practitioner

      
  • Strong referral network with high demand for cardiology services

      
  • Epic EHR with Cupid module (Muse coming soon)

      
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and follow-up care

      
  • Assist in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease

      
  • Interpret ECGs, cardiac imaging, and device interrogation reports

      
  • Manage implantable cardiac devices

      
  • Supervise stress testing procedures

      
  • Perform minor procedures including loop recorder implantation/removal, cardioversion, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

      
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, risk factor modification, and healthy lifestyle changes

      
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team

      
Compensation & Benefits
