No current call

Average 20+ patients per day when fully ramped up

1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider

Access to 3 PCPs, 1 general surgeon, 1 OB, 1 part-time ENT, 1 part-time internal medicine physician, and 1 part-time general surgeon

BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required

Wyoming medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority required

Minimum one year in practice preferred

MGMA 50th-75th percentile compensation with wRVU production incentive

$5,000 CME allowance

$30,000 sign-on bonus
