Full-time W2 position for Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist or Staff Psychiatrist.

On-site service only.

Monday-Friday schedule.

Staff Psychiatrist includes 1 weekend per month call rotation.

No call requirement for Medical Director.

Child and adolescent inpatient caseload.

Average caseload of 16 per day.

Duties include new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, treatment team participation, and APRN supervision.

Base salary with production bonus potential.

Compensation in line with MGMA.

Signing bonus negotiable.

Medical director stipend if applicable.

Medical education loan repayment assistance available if needed; no PSLF.

Relocation allowance available if moving.
