Practice Highlights

•   Work-Life Balance: No call, no nights, no weekends. Outpatient-only Family Medicine, Monday through Friday, with 32 patient-facing hours per week plus 8 hours of dedicated administrative time and schedule flexibility.

•   Desirable Practice Setting: 100% outpatient Family Medicine at a Critical Access Hospital, with an established patient panel ready for you from a retiring provider.

•   Ideal Work Environment: Private physician office and three exam rooms, an established support staff, and on-site lab, X-ray, and physical therapy.

•   Culture & Support: Join a collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers, with strong RN, NP, and PA support.

•   Leadership Opportunities: Medical staff leadership pathway and a medical director stipend opportunity.

•   Optimal Patient Volume: 8 to 12 patients per day.

Compensation & Benefits

•   Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary plus bonus per encounter and APP stipends.

•   Additional Bonus Incentives: Monthly supervision stipend, plus a medical director stipend if assumed.

•   Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000.

Qualifications

•   Degree: MD or DO.

•   Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.

•   Licensure: Active state medical license or eligible to obtain one, with licensing assistance provided.
