RN Community Nurse 

Starting Salary: $90,000+ annual

This field-based role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. You'll conduct home visits, complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide ongoing clinical support to help clients remain safely in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess patient needs
• Develop individualized care plans
• Provide ongoing clinical support
• Work independently to ensure patients' safety and well-being

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Prior experience in home care nursing preferred
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
